I'm on a quest...well maybe a few quests...but this specific one is about the perfect Chewy Choco-Chip Cookie.
I've started by following a recipe from In the Sweet Kitchen.
The recipe is named "The Ultimate Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookie"....the results were a very, very cakey (not chewy) cookie. I can imagine that there are those who LOVE these type of cookies, but I'm not one of them. To each their own.
My first mistake - - I should have cut the recipe in half, this made a a lot of dough.
